This is one our most commonly asked questions, our answer always starts out the same, "We have been fortunate to keep consistent staffing and continue to hire qualified individuals".
That being said, 90% of the service request we receive, we can staff with 24-48 hours.
The other 10% is the clients whom request our services on a 24-hour, 7-day a week basis with little to no notice, in these cases we may request a few days so we can adjust our schedule accordingly. We try our best to get the thing going as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of our services. Instances like these are always thoroughly communicated with our clients.
Absolutely! Our 24/7 dispatch line is always a phone call away, night or day, rain or shine. Clients can request to speak with a supervisor or management, if necessary.

This is not to be an alternative to dialing 911, we will contact the police and emergency service as-needed. But we encourage everyone to dial 911 for any life-threatening, medical or emergency situations.
Our 24/7 dispatch is a free service we offer to our clients, This is essentially a direct line to our security officer's in the field, Client's typically provide this number to there employees, visitors, residents, contractors, etc... to report any security related issues, including but not limited to suspicious activity, noise complaints, alarms, parking violations, and property damage. Homeland Protective will dispatch nearby officer(s) to check the reported issue and report their finding as-needed or call emergency services if necessary.
